posd4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where posd4 reasonably suspects a violation of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, bonus abuse, chargebacks, or any other conduct that posd4 in its sole discretion determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its members.
posd4 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. No withdrawal will be processed until KYC has been completed to posd4's satisfaction. KYC may also be required before certain deposit thresholds are reached or following unusual account activity.

posd4 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request before processing, particularly where the withdrawal amount significantly exceeds typical deposit and wagering patterns for the Account. This review process will not exceed 48 hours in standard cases.
posd4 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general conditions set out in this Clause.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is specified in each promotion's dedicated terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion; unexpired Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited at the end of the validity window.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. posd4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after Bonus Funds have already been credited, the Bonus Funds and any winnings accrued from their use will be forfeited. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the applicable promotion terms.

Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a system error, data feed failure, or human input error — posd4 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member's Account. "Clearly erroneous" means odds that deviate materially from the market price available from other major bookmakers at the time the bet was placed.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. If one or more selections are voided (e.g., due to match abandonment), those selections are treated as non-runners and the accumulator is recalculated on the remaining selections. posd4 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform. All bets are placed at the Member's own risk. The outcome of bets is governed by chance, mathematical probability, and the specific rules applicable to each game or market.
In no event shall posd4 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — arising from or connected to your use of the Platform, even if posd4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, posd4's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
posd4's collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data is governed by the posd4 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the binding agreement between you and posd4. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
In summary: posd4 collects personal data necessary for Account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, and responsible gaming obligations. Data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. posd4 does not sell personal data to third parties. posd4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a Member, posd4 will provide notice via the email address registered to your Account and via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date. Your Account Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation.
